Ordering

We accept any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB).

Buying Vintage

We do our best to describe every item to the best of our ability and we will provide multiple photos of an item when requested as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore some of these items have been previously used, and loved and may show some signs of wear. All items are sold AS-IS. When purchasing from NORTH SOUTH EAST WEST you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of an item and viewed all the photos available or requested additional. 

Most items are one of a kind. Every now and again we find multiples of something and we note that in the Instagram notes.  We thoroughly note wear or damage in our Instagram notes. We pride ourselves on really beautiful, excellent condition items based on our tendency toward perfectionism and a mild dose of O.C.D. But, sometimes we love things with that magical wear and patina that only comes with stories and age. All items have been cleaned, polished, and refreshed.

Refund Policy

Please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final. If we royally muck up or there is a miscommunication of any sort, we will do whatever we can to make it right. We want you to be happy. We encourage you to ask any questions before making a purchase. If there was a significant error in the listing, return requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Items are listed as accurately as possible and major flaws will be noted in the description. Please remember vintage is pre-loved and may show signs of wear.

Returns due to poor fit are not accepted. Detailed measurements will be provided before purchase if requested, and it is the responsibility of the customer to determine the correct fit. Please make sure to check the measurements and compare them with something similar in your life. All measurements are taken with the item laying flat if possible, or from ground or ceiling to top or bottom. 

48 Hour Exchange Policy

While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. 

This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered. 

If an agreement is reached for the order to be returned for exchange/store credit, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication. 

Returns based on wrong fit or color variance will not be considered. We carefully measure our items and you are welcome to ask for additional measurements or further notes on fit prior to a purchase. See our contact form below for any questions about items.

All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

Domestic: packages ship within 2 business days of purchase - First-Class and Priority mail with delivery confirmation (1-5 day delivery).

International: packages ship within 2 business days of purchase (please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery). Please note that the international buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

We ship Monday through Friday (our post office is closed on Saturdays). Shipping cost of items varies depending on weight and distance. We try to get things to you in 3 business days or less. 

NORTH SOUTH EAST WEST is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please purchase insurance and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of NORTH SOUTH EAST WEST.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items 

All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.

Using Your Store Credit 

Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 6 months of issue.
